Offering exchange, internship, and study-abroad opportunities for students to immerse themselves in diverse cultural and academic settings.

OUTBOUND STUDENT

International Educational Trips / Short Course
  • Extended educational activity in which students will comply the required outcome in the approved curriculum involving the travel outside the Philippines (CM 26, S. 2015).
Student Exchange
  • A student is allowed to study at the other institution for a fixed period (1 term to 1 year) with at least Level II accreditation (CMO 55, S. 2016).
Internship Abroad
  • Benildeans may participate in the Student Internship Abroad Program (SIAP) for academic programs designated as a Center of Excellence (COE) or Center of Development (COD), or those with a formal accreditation status of at least Level II, as outlined in CMO 22, Series of 2013.

INBOUND STUDENT

Exchange Student

  • A student from a partner institution abroad studies temporarily at Benilde for one semester/trimester or academic year, under a formal exchange agreement between the two institutions. Exchange students do not earn a degree from Benilde but instead transfer the academic credits they earn back to their home institution.

FACULTY

Collaborative Online Learning (COIL) / Global Network Learning (GNL)
  • Virtual exchange that involves connecting two or more classes in different locations under the guidance of teachers or trained facilitators.
Other Programs
  • An instructor can participate as a visiting faculty member, collaborate on research initiatives, or contribute to joint projects through the Center for External Linkages. The terms and conditions of the engagement will be agreed upon to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with institutional objectives.
